Wolfspeed is seeking a VP, NY Fab Operations to lead their Mohawk Valley Fab facility in Marcy, NY. The role involves leading the engineering and production team for 24x7 manufacturing, driving short-term tactical results and long-term strategic initiatives.

As the VP, NY Fab Operations, you will provide leadership and strategic vision to plan and direct factory development, expansion, production, and sustainment. You will work closely with R&D teams, US operations teams, and customer-facing business units to bring new products, technologies, and processes to market with high yields and robust quality. You will establish KPIs, track and monitor performance, and report on key business metrics and operational performance to internal management. The role requires producing results and finding solutions with complex materials like Silicon carbide, acting as both a top-level strategic executive and a hands-on leader.
