About the Role
As a YouTube Producer, you will be responsible for producing and editing weekly videos, developing content strategies, managing channel operations, driving video growth, and providing creative direction. You will work closely with the Co-Host and Editorial Director to ensure high-quality content that engages the audience and expands into podcast production.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of proven experience growing and managing YouTube channels.
- Demonstrated success in increasing channel metrics (subscribers, views, watch time).
- Deep understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, and platform best practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and production skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience with thumbnail design and title optimization.
- Podcast production and distribution experience.
- Understanding of audio mixing and color correction.
- Field recording experience.
