About You
- Bachelor's degree in organized recreation, physical education, or a related major from an accredited college or university.
- Three years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in athletic ministries and youth-related work including program implementation and recruitment.
- Knowledge of the 40 Developmental Asset framework.
- Experience in community outreach and program development.
