NAVWAR is seeking a Work and Family Life Coordinator to join their team at Naval Air Station Lemoore. The role involves planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training, education, and outreach for Work & Family Life Programs.
About the Role
As a Work and Family Life Coordinator, you will provide individual and group education, training, information, and referrals to military leadership, service members, and their families. You will regularly review and recommend changes to existing programs, conduct readiness education, collaborate with stakeholders, and maximize service delivery through various formats. Additionally, you will analyze legislation impacts, compile program data, develop reports, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
About You
Required:
2 years specialized experience in planning, managing, coordinating, and implementing outreach for personal and family life readiness or quality of life programs.
U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
Preferred:
Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
Experience in developing training plans based on community needs assessments.
