Your Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Round Rock, Texas. The role involves providing an exceptional customer experience by educating customers on Verizon products and guiding them through the sales process.
About the Role
As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will create ideal customer experiences, assist customers throughout the sales process, educate them on Verizon products and services, and meet sales targets. You will also support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with various tasks and complete required training.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
Preferred:
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
- Spanish bilingual is a plus.
