About the Role
As a Weld Engineer, you will implement process improvements for MIG/MAG welding systems, maintain welding systems to ensure compliance with specifications, supervise Weld Technicians, support maintenance activities, manage in-house projects, and participate in audits related to ISO/TS 16949 standards.
About You
Required:
- BS in Welding Engineering, Electrical Technology, or other technical discipline plus 3 years experience in a welding/robotic environment.
- Full scope of knowledge in MIG/MAG, resistance spot, and projection welding systems.
Preferred:
- AS in Welding Technology plus 5 years welding experience in welding/robotics environments.
- 7+ years experience and training in a similar role and environment.
