About the Role
As a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing claims from initiation to resolution, investigating and documenting coverage and liability, reviewing medical records, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
About You
Required:
- Thorough understanding of California Workers' Compensation laws and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, investigative abilities, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
