About the Role
As a Water Plant Operator I, you will be responsible for filtering, chemically treating, pumping, and testing raw and processed water in preparation for distribution. Your duties will also include preventative maintenance of plant equipment and ensuring the efficient operation of the water treatment plant and pumping stations, as well as managing water tank levels with limited guidance.
About You
Required:
- Licensed water plant operation skills.
- Experience in operating and maintaining water treatment equipment.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of water treatment processes and regulations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
