- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in claims investigation, dispute resolution, or a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex situations and develop fair solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Impartiality and maintaining objectivity and fairness throughout investigations
- Familiarity with interpreting services and related industry standards
