About the Role
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the submission, correction, and collection of warranty claims. Your daily tasks will include reviewing claims for accuracy, processing submissions, handling rejected claims, and maintaining communication with service teams and OEM representatives. You will also be expected to stay updated on OEM announcements and training.

Required:
- Previous Warranty Administrator experience required.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems.
- Basic understanding of computer keyboard operations.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- ADP experience a plus.
- Clerical experience.
