About the Role
As a Warehouse Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, inspecting for damage, verifying contents, and accurately recording materials in inventory management systems. You will coordinate with Quality Assurance and Production teams, maintain compliance with safety protocols, and support inventory cycle counts. The role requires effective communication and the ability to influence workflow in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
- Proficiency with ROSS or similar inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, and inventory control systems.
