About the Role
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, issuing work orders, and ensuring the flow of work in the gasket and materials departments. You will lead team meetings, troubleshoot issues, and operate shipping software for outgoing shipments. Your duties will include inspecting products, interpreting specifications, recommending production improvements, and maintaining records.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, push and pull.
Preferred:
- Some technical education or junior college desirable.
- Forklift certification.
Benefits
