As the VP Accounting - Segment Controller, you will lead all accounting operations for a ~$4B segment, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in audit and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, international accounting consolidation, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing, multi-business unit environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strategic thinking.
