About You
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in roles responsible for talent management.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading large, complex projects.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and consulting skills.
- Certifications in change management and/or SPHR or similar.
- Deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of building a contemporary TM/OD agenda in healthcare.
