About You
- 15+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years leading 25+ person product teams in a consumer-facing, growth-driven business.
- Experience scaling Card products, direct-to-consumer platforms, or e-commerce experiences in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Deep user empathy and strong product intuition.
- Track record of managing and mentoring large, geographically distributed product teams.
- Experience working closely with design-forward organizations that prioritize UX.
