- Deep product marketing expertise with strong storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market skills.
- Experience owning and evolving brand identity in a competitive category.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with HR tech, benefits, or related verticals.
- Analytical mindset with a command of marketing metrics and funnel performance.
- Budget ownership and experience driving ROI across varied channels.
