- Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, GA4, CDPs, ESPs, and the broader martech stack.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle categories is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functionally, and translate vision into execution.
