As the Vice President of National Key Accounts, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic business plans, managing partnerships, expanding product placement, and representing Ascensus at industry events. Your role will involve building strong alliances with distribution partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving initiatives to enhance revenue and market presence.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 5+ years of experience in national key accounts or business development with a recordkeeping organization.
- Deep knowledge of the retirement plan industry.
- Series 6 and 63 licenses.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a strategic business plan including key measures of success.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
