About the Role
As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, writing, reviewing, and executing validation protocols and reports. You will lead validation work arising from change controls and capital projects, provide subject matter expertise to multi-functional teams, and participate in regulatory audits. Your role will also include analyzing validation data, training personnel, and coordinating validation execution with various units.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree in Engineering (ME, EE, or Chem. E), related physical science or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biomedical/Biotechnology manufacturing.
- Two years of previous process, equipment, and facility validation experience.
Preferred:
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in IQ, OQ, and PQ URS, Commissioning Statistics.
- Working knowledge of cGMPs and validation regulatory requirements.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of statistical process control tools (such as Six Sigma).
