IAC Group is urgently hiring a 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech to join their team in Arlington, TX. The role involves performing various maintenance duties to support manufacturing machinery and processes.
About the Role
As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for training and assisting subordinate Maintenance Technicians, performing basic repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and coordinating maintenance activities. You will also maintain a clean work area, troubleshoot production equipment, and complete necessary paperwork.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience working in machine maintenance.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics and blueprints.
Preferred:
- Skilled trades education.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and similar applications).
