About the Role
As an Unmanned Aerial Systems Assistant Program Manager, you will advise the Program Manager on the execution of government funds, monitor and report on cost, schedule, and performance metrics, identify programmatic risks, and coordinate Integrated Product Teams across various functions. You will engage with industry partners, direct technical activities, review technical deliverables, oversee testing, and conduct technical analyses to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
About You
Required:
- Deep understanding of USSOCOM and NAVSEA program/project objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
- Prior Navy service with experience supporting the NSW and DEVGRU enterprise.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
- Active Secret clearance.
- High School Diploma.
