About the Role
As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for establishing, expanding, and retaining high-value consumer and business client relationships. Your daily tasks will include conducting customer financial profiles, applying need-based sales techniques, opening new accounts, and providing backup support to other branches. You will also work on the teller line, perform accurate transactions, and practice ethical sales behaviors in accordance with the Bank's Core Values.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 or more years of customer service experience required.
- 1 or more years of cash handling or retail banking experience required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Cross selling experience preferred.
