About the Role
As a Unit Specialist, you will actively oversee adolescent clients, ensuring the provision of individual, case management, group, and educational activities. You will collaborate with a team to deliver comprehensive addiction treatment services, facilitate recovery principles, and provide ongoing support to clients and their families.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of addiction treatment experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Certified Addictions Counselor (CADC) or able to be certified within 24 months
- Skilled in behavioral management techniques
- Ability to coordinate and present lectures for patients, parents, and community resources
