About the Role
As an Ultrasound Technologist I, you will interact with patients to explain procedures, obtain medical histories, and ensure comfort during examinations. You will operate ultrasound machines to perform diagnostic imaging studies, select appropriate techniques, and interpret images in real-time to assess organ structure and function. Additionally, you may perform Doppler ultrasound studies to evaluate blood flow patterns.
About You
Required:
- At least one year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist with experience in General Ultrasound (OB/GYN, Abdomen, Lower Extremity, or Vascular).
- RVT(ARDMS), RVS (CCI) or VS (ARRT) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
- Proficient computer skills.
Preferred:
- Current experience in vascular ultrasound.
- Graduation from an accredited vascular ultrasound program.
