As a TRIAGE RN, you will coordinate patient care, apply nursing assessment skills for telephone triage, and provide in-office care to patients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high patient satisfaction, maintaining communication and education with patients, tracking hospitalized patients, assisting practitioners with quality care measures, and administering vaccines according to guidelines.
About You
Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- Proven proficiency in nursing care management.
Preferred:
- Experience in a primary care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and nursing judgment skills.
