About the Role
As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will provide advanced respiratory care to patients with complex pulmonary disorders and critical illnesses. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with physicians to develop treatment plans, performing diagnostic tests, treating patients through various methods, and educating patients and their families on proper medication and equipment use.
About You
Required:
- One year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC.
- Valid respiratory therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Preferred:
- ACLS or PALS Certification (AHA/ARC).
- Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position.
