About the Role
As a Travel LPN / LVN, you will be responsible for delivering patient care in the Mohawk Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Your duties will include working 37.5 hours per week on day shifts, floating to various units as needed, and ensuring compliance with the 75-mile radius rule for local candidates. You will be expected to provide care for patients with various conditions including MS, ortho, dementia, and memory care.
About You
Required:
- Active NY LPN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing
- Experience with MS, ortho, dementia, and memory care patient populations
- Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically PointClick Care
