- BS in Civil Engineering required, focus on transportation/highways preferred.
- Professional Engineer required, registered and experience in Florida preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with designing highways.
- FDOT and/or Southeast Florida municipal client experience.
- Experience working in the capacity of the project manager for projects.
- MicroStation OpenRoads experience.
