About You
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and perform basic math computations.
- Minimum of one (1) year PennDOT experience or two (2) years of transportation, highway, or bridge construction inspection experience.
- Four (4) years of highway or bridge construction experience or completion of twelve (12) web-based TCI training modules can substitute for required experience.
- Civil Engineering or Construction degree can substitute for needed experience.
- NICET Level 2 or higher in Transportation/Highway Construction.
- NECEPT Bituminous field certification.
- ACI/PennDOT Concrete field technician certification.
- PennDOT/PTC CDS certification.
- ECMS experience.
- OSHA 10-Hour certification.
