About You
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to work 40 hours/week, including overtime as required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
- Must be willing to drive up to 75% of the time and obtain a Driver Qualification File (DFQ) and/or Commercial Driver's License (CDL) as a condition for the role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Class A commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to enforce safety measures and policies.
- Commitment to build strong relationships with colleagues and vendors.
- Previous experience as an Amazon TOM Associate.
- 6+ months of Peer Driver Trainer (PDT) experience.
