Summary
Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking a Transformational Relationship Manager to join their Development Team in Dallas, TX or Lansdowne, VA. The role involves managing a portfolio of approximately 500-700 Ministry Friends (MnFs) to enhance donor engagement and retention.
About the Role
As a Transformational Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with MnFs, providing them with updates on the organization's work, and increasing revenue and retention rates among active donors. You will interact with MnFs through various communication methods and support the Directors of Transformational Partnerships in identifying potential upgrades within your portfolio.
About You
Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Empathetic towards all those you are in contact with.
- Strong networking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Diligent research skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior fundraising or donor relations experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.
