Summary
Agate Software is seeking a Training Program Facilitator to join their team in Glendale, AZ. The role involves building out the training infrastructure and delivering impactful training experiences for internal teams and external clients.
About the Role
As a Training Program Facilitator, you will lead the coordination and delivery of training sessions, develop and maintain training resources, enhance the eLearning library, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), deliver customized client training, and ensure documentation excellence.
About You
Required:
- Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record in managing logistics for complex training programs.
- Experience developing engaging training materials across multiple formats, including eLearning and in-person sessions.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and familiarity with video editing tools.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners at all levels.
