About the Role
As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing the Wraparound Onboarding experience, coordinating onboarding activities, serving as a virtual host for training events, and facilitating communication between new hires and local trainers. You will also maintain the Choices Master Training Plan, track training completion, and support the development of training for organizational initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the human services field.
- Experience as a trainer, coach, or adult educator at the supervisory/management level.
- Extensive knowledge of wraparound philosophy and care coordination responsibilities.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
