As a Training and Development Specialist III, you will be responsible for in-person and virtual training delivery, developing technical skills in electronics and soldering, managing training content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing subject matter expertise on solder-related questions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or STEM related field with at least 4 years’ experience in a technical training environment or 8 years equivalent military experience with emphasis on technical instruction.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience teaching solder, electronics, torque, safety wire, or other technical skills.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory.
- Excellent management skills.
- IPC Solder Certified.
- Prior experience working with an LMS.
- Active DoD clearance.
