About the Role
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for logistics personnel, conducting new hire training, managing training compliance with global trade regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve training efficiency. You will also analyze supply chain data, evaluate trainees, and conduct workshops on supply chain optimization.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management in a global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of international shipping regulations & customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Ariba, etc.) and Google Office Suite.
- Strong expertise in creating training documentation such as playbooks and standard operating procedures.
Preferred:
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent eye for detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
