- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong math skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and client service software.
- A high degree of initiative with the ability to meet and exceed monthly goals.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with little to no supervision.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving marketing strategies.
