About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Total Rewards, with a strong emphasis on global compensation and benefits design and administration.
Preferred:
Master's degree or relevant certifications.
Proven experience in a public company environment, specifically with executive compensation and proxy statement preparation.
