About the Role
As a Total Rewards (Benefits & Compensation) Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating the organization's current compensation and benefits policies, comparing them with industry standards, and developing reports for HR and senior management. You will assist in designing cost-effective compensation programs, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and work closely with the HR team to address employee compensation queries.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience with requisite competencies.
Advanced understanding of compensation and benefit principles.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate with vendors and senior team members.
