About the Role
As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you will field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and online portals; assist end-users with application administration and training; troubleshoot message delivery and content issues; configure and deploy custom applications; manage user accounts; collaborate with hospital IT and internal teams on technical issues; and maintain engagement through active participation in meetings.
About You
Required:
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- High customer empathy and exceptional customer service skills
- Access to high-speed internet
- Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and some holidays
- Located within the United States
- Able to start on September 8th, 2025
