- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ year of technical support experience, preferably in networked storage products.
- Strong background in operating systems, virtualization, and networking/storage technologies.
- Proficiency with Linux command line and log analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 Advanced).
- Experience with virtualization, IP networking, NAS/SAN.
- Familiarity with case management and clustered systems.
