As a Third Party Coordinator II (Airports), you will assist the Third-Party Lead in coordinating with city, county, and state agencies, managing activities between developers and third parties, and providing progress updates. You will represent the City in interactions with private engineers, contractors, and governmental agencies, and act as a utility coordinator. Your responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas, tracking action items, and developing presentations on third-party updates.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, or other related technical field.
10 years or more of experience with third-party coordination in Los Angeles.
Local experience with agencies such as the City and County of Los Angeles, CPUC, Caltrans, Metro, or City of Inglewood.
Familiarity with industry practices, codes, and regulations.
Thorough understanding of airport-specific enterprise-wide challenges and communications needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Be familiar with the Department of Public Works and LADBS permitting processes.

Preferred:
