Summary
SOL Mental Health is seeking a Therapy Supervisor to join their team in Arlington, VA. The role involves providing clinical leadership and supervision to the therapy team while delivering quality patient care.
About the Role
As a Therapy Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing both associate and licensed therapists, managing a designated therapist cohort, and maintaining a caseload for direct patient care. Your duties will include implementing clinical policies, addressing operational challenges, facilitating communication between clinicians and support staff, coordinating care transitions, providing coaching, participating in hiring, and leading case consultation sessions.
About You
Required:
- Fully Licensed in one of the following states: VA, MD, DC.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Current independent clinical license (LCSW strongly preferred, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist considered).
- Minimum of 3-5 years post-graduate clinical experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities.
- Experience with EHR systems.
