Summary
Dr Hill Educational Services is seeking Therapeutic Support Staff to join their team in Connecticut. The role involves providing in-home support to children in accordance with their individual behavior treatment plans.
About the Role
As a Therapeutic Support Staff, you will be responsible for offering one-on-one support to young clients, assisting them in avoiding unacceptable behavior, encouraging social interaction, and helping their families promote acceptable behavior and independence. You will also provide necessary documentation and may work under the supervision of licensed personnel.
About You
Required:
- Trained in PMT/CPI or willing to be trained.
- 3 years of experience working with children.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Valid Connecticut driver's license.
Preferred:
- Ability to keep documentation of services.
- Experience in providing intervention supports to families.
Benefits
- $20-$25/hour pay rate.
