Summary
Novartis is seeking a Therapeutic Area Strategy Director, RLT to join their team in East Hanover, NJ. The role involves supporting the creation and update of a holistic TA strategy for Radioligand Therapy (RLT) and providing early-phase commercial insights to project teams.
About the Role
As a Therapeutic Area Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing a holistic Novartis TA strategy, providing commercial insights to R&D project teams, analyzing reports to extract key messages, and supporting the identification of growth opportunities. You will also manage the commercial transition from Strategy & Growth to the US and International commercial units and ensure timely delivery of insights for early phase projects.
About You
Required:
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD or other advanced University degree) or equivalent experience in life science/healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of Oncology, including multiple tumor types.
- At least 5-7 years of Industry pharma and/or medical devices experience in Research & Development and/or Commercial functions.
Preferred:
- MBA or consulting experience.
- Experience with Radioligand Therapy or ability to learn complex areas quickly.
- Experience of strategy development and asset shaping early in lifecycle.
