About the Role
As a Barback, you will be responsible for ensuring bartenders have everything they need to provide exceptional service. Your tasks will include restocking liquor, mixers, and supplies, prepping garnishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with events and tastings. You will also support servers during busy times and handle back-of-house logistics efficiently.
About You
Required:
- Experience in high-volume bars, restaurants, or live event environments.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Physically agile and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Preferred:
- A 'get it done' mentality and a love for fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Organizational skills and the ability to stay ahead of the action.
