About the Role
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing processes, collaborating with teams, mentoring team members, and developing innovative testing strategies. You will analyze testing metrics, ensure alignment on project goals, and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in testing practices. This is a hybrid role with expectations to be onsite in either Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX 60% of the time.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL or SQL Testing.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation Frameworks (Selenium or TOSCA).
- Associate's degree.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience as a QA Lead.
- Cloud Data Migration Testing, Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- Banking Industry Experience.
