About the Role
As a Territory Support Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive surveys of designated territories to identify potential opportunities for new franchise development and support existing franchisees. Your responsibilities will include meeting with shop owners and managers, analyzing data collected during surveys, building relationships with franchisees, and preparing detailed reports. You will also collaborate with the franchise sales team to align territory plans with business objectives.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct detailed surveys and analyze geographic and business data.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in franchise development, sales, or territory management.
