About the Role
As a Teller Lead, you will coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver exceptional customer service, identify banking opportunities, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. You will engage with customers, educate them on financial options, and assist in performance management and new hire selection processes.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years of related experience in a banking or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coach others.
Preferred:
- Experience in proactive sales and identifying customer needs.
- Familiarity with leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions.
