- Approximately 1-3 years of experience in support of IT products.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to meet users in person to resolve complex technology issues.
- Technical expertise in various facets of PC support, including applications, hardware, networking, and telecommunications.
- Experience with Apple iOS and Android device setup and configuration.
- Knowledge of HP, Xerox, and Canon print devices.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10 and Office 365.
