Your responsibilities include guiding technical direction, ensuring quality, developing sustainability approaches, coordinating efforts for mill-wide optimization, problem-solving, staying updated with industry trends, and conducting security audits. You will also mentor and coach control engineers, serve as an intermediary between vendor product development teams and stakeholders, and assist with project planning and execution.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, control systems engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience in process control and use of APCs.
Extensive knowledge of advanced process controls (APCs), model predictive controls (MPCs), single input single output controls (SISO), and distributed control systems (DCS).
Proficiency in process modeling, control theory, and optimization techniques.
